This is how you send things back to us

If you aren’t happy with what you’ve bought, for any reason, just send it back. You’ve got a full 7 days to do this, from the day you receive your order.

If you live in a Sheffield Postcode, we’ll even try and arrange to pick it up. Our van is running around locally every day. However, if you aren’t lucky enough to live in the beautiful City of Sheffield, we can get a courier to collect it for you.

We work really hard to get things right for you, but occasionally, we might make a mistake. In which case, we’ll cover the cost of returning the items. This is the same if the item is faulty. If you are returning the items because you’ve changed your mind, we’ll still arrange for an exchange or refund, but we ask that you cover the cost of returning the items.

In all cases, please email us or call to arange for the return. We cannot accept goods back without a returns authorisation number – they might get lost, and no-one wants that!
